In collaboration with renowned singer/songwriter Danielle Howle, called “An extraordinary mind, a southern storyteller with a gorgeous sense of melody” by the New York Times, we will be installing a writing trail at the farm that will be used for both educational and therapeutic activities. The trail will offer unique stops like the "Keep Tree" to the left in which participants can immerse themselves in nature while writing and reflecting. Once the trail is complete in the summer of 2024, Danielle will begin offering her unique songwriting workshops designed to engage, educate, empower and are safe places to take creative risks in a nurturing environment. Additionally, the trail will offer reflective prompts for those participating in grief counseling and other therapeutic activities.
